Grown high in the misty hills of Chelchelie, Gedeb, this washed Ethiopian coffee comes from the dedicated hands of Tinshe Guye—a young female farmer nurturing just 0.4 hectares of land near the famed Yirgacheffe region.

At 2,080 meters above sea level, Tinshe cultivates heirloom varieties known locally as Kumie, Diga and Wilsho, all shaded by Acacia and Cordia Africana trees.

After a careful 36-hour fermentation, the beans are fully washed in clean water channels and dried for 16 days on raised beds, producing a vibrant, clean cup that reflects both tradition and terroir.
