How to get your discount
1. Register
Ensure you have an active account with Coaltown Coffee. If you don't already have one you can set one up here
2. Verify
Email us a form of id to verify your discount to hello@coaltowncoffee.co.uk
Accepted forms of ID:
1. An email from your work email address
2. A scan/photo of your work identification
3. A scan/photo/screenshot of your Bluelight Card.
What happens next?
After you have completed the above our team will be in touch to verify and confirm that your account has been included in our BlueLight Scheme. Our confirmation will include a discount code.
Please do not purchase before your discount has been verified by our team. We can only apply the discount to future orders and therefore cannot refund the discount on orders already placed.
