
Basic Milk Techniques Workshop
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to master silky milk and pour simple, clean latte art. You’ll learn the fundamentals of milk texturing, temperature control, and pouring techniques, with plenty of hands-on practice. We’ll also explore the science behind milk, how proteins and fats affect texture and stability, to help you consistently create smooth microfoam. Ideal for home baristas and early-stage café staff looking to build confidence and consistency in their milk work.

Cancellation Policy:
- Workshops are non-refundable but can be transferred to alternative dates.
- 7 or more days’ notice: we will provide an alternative date for a workshop.
- Fewer than 7 days: we may not be able to offer an alternative date. If we are able to find a person to take your place and find you an alternative date, we will always try to do so, but this cannot be guaranteed.
