A blend of Nicaraguan, Guatemalan and Sumatran Arabica coffee, Pit Prop explores deep flavours of dark chocolate with a hint of tangy orange. Recommended Brew Method: Espresso
For a perfect double espresso, use a 1:2 ratio dry coffee to coffee yield (20g Pit Prop and 40g water) and extract between 25 and 30 seconds.
