Roastery Lean Tour

This session covers the full production flow, from green coffee intake to final packaging, while introducing lean principles that drive efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain quality. You'll see how streamlined systems, and continuous improvement shape a modern roastery. Ideal for aspiring roasters, café owners, or anyone curious about the behind-the-scenes of coffee production.

Cancellation Policy: 

• Workshops are non-refundable but can be transferred to alternative dates.
• 7 or more days’ notice: we will provide an alternative date for a workshop.
• Fewer than 7 days: we may not be able to offer an alternative date. If we are able to find a person to take your place and find you an alternative date, we will always try to do so, but this cannot be guaranteed.
