The Ideal candidate for our supervisor role should have experience with supervising team members with duties and performance, as well as being a mentor to motivate and guide the team to excel expectations.

They should have experience in a fast paced coffee shop or cafe and be comfortable managing a team of Baristas, front of house and kitchen staff, with excellent customer service and communication skills to build relationships with customers and the rest of the team.

Our roastery is the center of our operations at coaltown from  roasting and packaging our coffee to running barista classes in our coaltown academy for wholesale clients and the general public.

The roastery also houses a cafe & canteen that serves up to 70 people with coffee & soft drinks plus a full breakfast and lunch menu that is prepared within the kitchen and woodfire oven prep area.
