Iced Marmalade Pourover

Summer's finally here! To celebrate we thought we'd share with you our signature summer drink recipe; an iced marmalade pour over.

This is a Japanese style of making an iced coffee with a touch of marmalade—the one we're using in this recipe is courtesy of our friends over at @roguepreserves.

A Chemex is the perfect way to enjoy our range of single origin Coffees roasted for filter, all of which are available to purchase now on our online store.

STEP ONE:
Weigh out and add around 200g of ice to your Chemex.

STEP TWO:
Weigh 40g of coffee and grind between Paper Filter and French Press Consistency.

STEP THREE:
Add marmalade; around 5 heaped teaspoons.

STEP FOUR:
Place Paper Filter and ground coffee onto your Chemex.
STEP FIVE:
Pour 300g of water through between 3/4 minutes. while this is extracting, chop up  a handful of tangerines.

STEP SIX:
Remove Paper Filter, add tangerines and enjoy the sunshine!
