Grind Information
Please note, our espresso grind is suitable for most home coffee machines. If you have a commercial grade coffee machine, E.g. Linea Mini, then please add an order note in your basket, requesting commercial espresso grind.
We would always recommend that you use a grinder at home in order to achieve the grind suitable for your particular brewing equipment, but we appreciate that this is not always possible, so we do offer our coffee as ground. We offer grind options that we think would achieve the best results from the numerous variations of machines and equipment that are available to consumers, but we cannot guarantee that our ground options will work with every unique set up.

Solstice Seasonal origin
This limited summer release brings together coffees from across Latin America, each contributing its own sense of place and process. From the highlands of Colombia to the volcanic soils of El Salvador and back again to one of Huila’s most innovative farms, Solstice is a meeting point of tTerrain and technique. The result is a profile that feels effortlessly balanced yet quietly complex, made for warm days and golden evenings.

Colombia
Finca Monte blanco
High in the Samaria district of Huila, Finca Monte blanco is known for pushing the boundaries of post-harvest innovation while maintaining a strong sense of terroir. At 1750 metres above sea level, the farm’s exceptional conditions, long daylight hours, consistent rainfall and rich soils, support expressive microlots. Under the care of the Sánchez family, experimental fermentations and careful variety selection have earned Monte blanco international recognition for its vibrant, fruit-forward coffees.

El Salvador
Finca Serbia
Nestled in El Congo on the slopes of the Ilamatepec volcano, Finca Serbia is part of Fernando Lima’s broader family farming operation, where coffee has been cultivated for nearly a century. The farm benefits from rich volcanic soils and a uniquely balanced microclimate shaped by altitude and lake proximity. Shade-grown Bourbon, Caturra and Catimor thrive here, with a farming approach that blends tradition, biodiversity and long-term resilience.

Colombia
La Cabana
Sourced from high-altitude Colombian farms managed through Racafe, this lot reflects a focus on precision and consistency across harvests. Careful colour-standardised cherry selection ensures only fully ripe fruit is used, with meticulous removal of underripe and overripe cherries. The coffee then undergoes an extended anaerobic fermentation before being gently dried on raised beds, building a foundation of clarity, sweetness and layered tropical character.
