As a Production & Roastery Assistant, you’ll play a key part in our daily operations, ensuring orders are packed to the highest standard, stock is well-managed and our workspace is clean, safe, and efficient. Working closely with the production and roasting team, you’ll support smooth despatch, contribute to continuous improvement and take part in quality-focused tasks, including hands-on training with our roasting equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, self-motivated and eager to learn, combining practical fulfilment responsibilities with opportunities.
