Step 1
Heat Water to 96 Degrees
Boil water separately (optional but recommended.)

Step 2
Time To Brew
Fill the bottom chamber of the Moka Pot with hot water, up to the pots valve.

Step 3
Time To Add The Coffee
Fill the coffee basket with 30g ground coffee, level off with your finger or if you have a needle distributor, use that.
*Additional step not necessary, add an aeropress filter and wet it.*

Step 4
Times To Assemble
Assemble your Moka Pot and place it on medium heat with the lid open. Keep an eye on it as it brews, it’s ready when the coffee has fully risen into the top chamber. Remove from heat as soon as you hear a hissing or bubbling sound to avoid over-extraction or a burnt taste.
