The Head of Roastery Operations & Compliance is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all Roastery functions, ensuring the business operates safely, efficiently, compliantly and in line with Coaltown's values and long-term objectives.

Working alongside the Directors and Senior Management Team, this role provides leadership across production, inventory management, warehouse operations, goods-in, compliance, health & safety, quality systems and continuous improvement. The post holder is responsible for creating an operational culture built on accountability, collaboration, innovation and excellence while ensuring all legal, regulatory and company standards are consistently achieved.
