As Espresso Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of all Coaltown Cafe locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional customer experience. The role combines team leadership, barista training, workflow optimisation, and quality control, with a strong focus on maintaining specialty coffee standards across espresso preparation, milk texturing, and service. In addition to managing staff and scheduling alongside the operations department, the manager monitors equipment performance, stock levels, and café presentation, while also acting as a key ambassador for the brand, communicating coffee knowledge, supporting sales, and creating an environment that reflects the values and craft of Coaltown coffee.
