Farewell & Exciting New Beginnings for Steffan

After 2 years and 3 months with us at Coaltown, it’s time to say a fond farewell to one of our much-loved team members, Steffan. From the moment he joined, his dedication, hard work and determination to succeed have shone through.

Starting as a Sales & business Development as an assistant, he grew through many roles which landed him into his most recent role of Sales Manager and Technical Engineer. Along the way, he earned his PSSR certification with Coffee Safe, supported countless customers and made sure every task he touched was completed to the highest of standards.

But of course, Steffan has always been more than his job title. With his quick wit and energy, he’s been a source of both laughter and motivation in equal measure. Whether he was dashing between tasks or making sure you had your weekly coffee order, he somehow managed to bring both professionalism and playfulness into every corner of the workplace. His love for coffee wasn’t just part of the job, it’s part of who he is and many of us will miss him.

Outside of the day-to-day, we’ll remember his passion for CrossFit, his endless determination and the fact that if Steffan was around, there was never a dull moment. His growth here has been immense and we couldn’t be prouder of everything he has achieved, both personally and professionally.

While we’re sad to see him go, we’re equally delighted to share that Steffan is joining one of our trusted wholesale partners in Cardiff, State of Love and Trust. If you love wine (and who doesn’t?), they’re definitely worth checking out, we quite like the sound of a wine tasting ourselves!

So, this isn’t really goodbye, it’s more of a “see you soon.” We’ll be cheering him on as he starts this exciting new chapter and we can’t wait to see all the incredible things he’ll do next.
