The Coaltown Academy provides structured, education pathways, aligned with the core principles of the Speciality Coffee Association Diploma to develop and harness apprentice’s potential.

We train Coaltown apprentices in every aspect of the Coaltown operation, from green bean procurement to slow drip brewing methods, from sample roasting to packing coffee, apprentices are fully immersed in what we do.
