Fazenda De Mata is located in the High Mogiana region where a large percentage of Brazil's best coffees originate from.
Paulo Sérgio Vicentini has developed his entire operations around minimising environmental impact including water reuse and contamination control, minimising waste, and segregating his reserve to minimise the risk of wildfires.
